Posted on 11/06/2018
What is it? It is the Good News Club. Good News Club is sponsored by Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF). This is not an activity of the school or school district. It is an opportunity for your child to attend a weekly Bible class, beginning Wednesday, November 7, 2018.

Who Teaches? Christians who are concerned for the spiritual well-being of your child. All club workers are screened to ensure your child's safety.

Who may go? Any child in grades 2, 3, 4 and 5 is welcome to attend. Your child will enjoy exciting Bible stories, along with singing songs, learning memory verses, and a review activity sheet that they will take home. They will also make crafts occasionally. They will receive a small snack each week before going home.

When and Where? The classes will be held each Wednesday right after school at the Trinity Church Educational Building and conclude at 3:30pm on regular school days and at 2:00pm on minimum days. Please note that there will be quite a few minimum days this year. The church is located at the corner of Brayton and California streets.

Transportation: The children will be walked over to the church by volunteers who will be at your child's classroom door at the ened of the school day each Wednesday. Children need to be picked up at Trinity Church unless they need to be walked back to Dent School to ECS. It is important that ll parents check the back side of the yellow permission slip, so we know where your child is going after Good News Club.

Registration: In order for your child to attend Good News Club, the attached yellow permission slip must be filled out, front and back, and signed in 3 places on the front. Please return the permission slip to the Trinity Church office (you may drop it in the mail slot) or MAIL it to:
