The Finance Department is responsible for keeping the accounting records of the city in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The Goal of the Finance Department is to provide accurate and timely financial information to the City Manager and the City Council so that they can make sound business decisions. This includes appropriations control, costs and revenue accounting, accounts receivable, utility billing, payroll, accounts payable, central cashiering and budget preparation.
The Finance Department is located at City Hall at 2060 McHenry Avenue

Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm (closed 12-1pm)
